As a leader, creating a positive and healthy workplace is not only beneficial for your team but also for the overall success of your organization. Toxic work environments can lead to low morale, decreased productivity, high turnover, and even legal issues. To avoid these pitfalls, it's essential for leaders to take proactive steps to foster a positive atmosphere where employees can thrive. In this article, we will explore several strategies leaders can implement to prevent workplace toxicity.
